Codeusage is an analytics platform that helps engineering teams track usage of AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Codex. Our service consists of a command-line interface (CLI) that collects usage metadata and a web dashboard for viewing analytics.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your API key. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codeusage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
